i spent hours finishing this instead of practising writing hiragana like a good weebhelp me
so i finally got around to drawing those candy-themed outfits for squibs
surprise surprise its teal and pink
haha, kind of ended up a little more sweet lolita-esque than i intended. not that i mind, its been way too long since ive designed lolita outfits =v=
also, everything ive been drawing recently is chibi. i mean, i havent finished most things ive been drawing recently, and i probably never will finish them, but im drawing a lot of chibi stuff. at least it might make going back to my normal style a little more fun... until i remember that anatomy is cruel orz

im fairly sure they try to make clothing as androgynous as possible without having to change it too much for the male inkling if its a dress or a skirt, though :<

Honestly, I'm thinking (and hoping <3 ) they could put in a shirt or two that could be worn with a classic lolita or classic ouji coord. A lot of ouji shirts, at least that I've noticed, also work well with lolita. That way, either both the Inklings can wear ouji on the Turf battlefield, or the girl will wear the shirt with a skirt and the boy will just have the shirt with the standard shorts.
(I love lolita and Splatoon <3 Now I'm wondering if I should post my picture of me wearing a lolita dress with my Inkling tentacles...)
