Ladymade Star was one of the tracks on DJ Max Technika. The character(s?) were part of the music video that played in the games background for the song. It's a pretty awesome game if you have an arcade in your area. This is an awesome rendition of those characters.

Technika, the one I remember the song from, actually has a a touch screen. You tap circular notes as a bar goes across and back.
