I've been drawing for a couple moths now but I had never painted before... sooo I gave it a try. I've had that idea for a while, I like it because everyone that sees the painting has their own interpretation of it

Me encanta el cromatismo de esta pieza, aunque lo que más me llama la atención son las raíces, muy modernistas. También veo muy bien los efectillos del fondo y tal, que le otorgan vida a esto. ¿Y dices que es lo primero que pintas? Ojalá mi primera pintura hubiese sido tan buena

You have fine technique and a very unique expression in this painting. I agree that if the red x were with a finer stroke, more of a uneven crack than a broad x, but you know this. The concept is very intriguing...I interpret the art as addressing fertility, fragility, alienation , danger, and solitude (not quite a pleasant solitude, though). Yet also the 'fertile' ground the egg rests on, the long beautiful graceful roots, the soothing colors and blending of the background offers a measure of comfort. There is almost an ethereal feel to the surroundings of this very surreal landscape. I will have to look at it more. I honestly do enjoy it very much.

You're totally right, I realized that afer I made the first strokes... than I tried to do it less uniform than it was, thanks for your observation
