Recipe:¼ head purple cabbage
¾ bag of carrot sticks (buy them it saves you ½ an hour and fingertips if you don’t have the knife skills)
1 bunch Cilantro or in English Coriander (must be fresh/stems removed) in fine [url=[link] ]chiffonades[/url]
1 medium [url=[link] ]jicama[/url] matchstick style (invest in a [url=[link] ]mandolin[/url])
1 yellow bell pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 3-4 limes
1tblsp sweet soy sauce
1tblsp sugar
Pepper TT
Salt TT

it was a dish created for a madi'gras themed challenge. i will try the softer light though i do agree.
