I like the composition and the classical quality this has.
I feel like you forgot to shade the hair, it looks flat compared to the rest of this. Also, the face's angle seems a bit off.

Yeah, I guess the title is weird... it's cuz I originally started drawing this for my mom for Mother's Day, but then decided to do something else instead of this drawing. But I ended up keeping the title.

I'm not so great at drawing kids, I should practice them more.

I actually couldn't figure it out in SAI either, so I exported it to GIMP and did the transparent bg there. :<

I import it to photoshop and save it as a png. o.o Photoshop dose not support PNG. So You can not reopen it when you save it.
