na verdade Naka o desenho foi pintado sobre o lápis, tem um filtro do Photoshop chamado "multiply" que deixa toda área branca do desenho transparente ai você pinta por baixo do lápis sem perder o traçado original, sempre uso esse filtro, a novidade é que estou aprendendo a controlar melhor o pincel trabalhando com pressão e opacidade.
