I think this is in the right place...I used Adobe CS4 for this one since my GIMP had some kind of error and I just didn't care to fix it so I just used CS4 which was already installed and had barely been touched. Once you get used to it, it's pretty good. Anyway, I was trying to think of what I wanted to do to expand my skills and I had the idea of the ice queen who is only an ice queen by her features. She has lost a love and as you can see, she does feel.
