Time for another fan comic short!Β
Story: In the not too distant future in Mobius, Fiona finds Tails again. And she's willing to turn a new leaf and start all over. But Tails may not be so accepting.
If you're curious about when exactly the story takes place, it's really up to you! I kept the timeline pretty ambiguous but if you really need to know, I can give you an idea. Tails is certainly older than he was when he last saw Fiona in Archie Comics. But he's not exactly in his hitting his late twenties or thirties (like in M25/35 YL).
Also, instead of posting it all in one go, like I've planed, I'm going to release a page probably each day (or every other day). I wanted to space the comic out a bit to give the readers some time to come up with your own speculations or thoughts on each page. And given how short it is, it wouldn't be too bad to post one a day.

Well, logically, if I were him, I'd be like "bitch, last time I saw you, you tried to be a bitch, why you here?" Since her yellow bow is on, I'd guess her old digs are on, too, and that's gonna fuck with his head.

Interesting start. I like Tails' older design, making him taller and fluffier, and broadening him uout a bit (Mechanics do tend to end up pretty jacked, with all he heavy-lifting and such), and from that expression, it looks like Sonic's rubbed off on him a little. Bet that gets on Sally's nerves. And Fiona be creepin'- probably the best way for her to make an entrance.Β Meanwhile, it seems that time has not made T-Pup any less uncanny. I dunno, his face just looks... off. Like Freddy's was having a sale or something.

You did great in making Tails look more mature for the start of this comic. Longer legs and a wiser face. His genius continues to be amazing, building robots like that. Whereas Eggman used the roboticizer on living animals, Tails perfected robotics with his knowledge, as shown in the cute robot dog companion. And with him being watched from above, should be rather awesome to see what happens next...

Like how you keep Tails looking older but still looking like Tails. Personally I prefer him younger (and always make him somewhatΒ developmentally delayed (Chronologically eight, but mentally and socially two orΒ three) in rp's) but it's nice when people make him older without just making him taller or making him look like a totally different character.

It was a bit of challenge at first when designing Tails for this comic. Even after the comic was done, I still wasn't sure if I nailed quite right. But I'm really happy that folks are liking his look! I was a little worried it didn't look quite as good as I wanted.
This comic is just a "What-If?" so in my head there really is no future version of the Sonic cast officially. They all have "The Simpsons" syndrome.

I bet you can do a decent grown up Cream without over sexualizing her. (I did a pic of her once as an adult, she wasΒ botanist/horticulturist decked out in lab coat, glasses and a pony tail but my computer died before I was able to finish that pic)
