A quick animation thing. Did this between working on comic pages for a project. If you can recognize it, this animation was heavily inspired by FLCL ep.2 I got some great advice about studying my favorite action scenes. FLCL has a lot I like. Going to study other shows as well when I get the chance.
Ainβt the best, but hey, thereβs only so much I can do before I run off to work again.

See, this is why Sonic runs from Amy. Even if it's one of Eggman's robots, the image of that hammer coming down on someone's head with such force is... jarring, to say the least...
It looks great, Chauvels! Very smooth and dynamic. You've really communicated the weight of the hammer as Amy swings it very successfully. I can definitely see the FLCL influence here, too. All in all, another solid animation.
