Great! We're gonna be busy for the next month .. we bought a new house yesterday. We decided to stay in TX and are moving about 20 miles from here. It's a neat cottage style house with a detached small cottage on the property and a pad for our motor home with full hookups. Downsizing again and getting back into the city for amenities and convenience. I'm tired being out in nowhere land here. A new adventure...you're never too old to get out there and be happy, I say. Happy trails to you until we chat again ....

Wow - congratulations on the new purchase! I hope it works out for the both of you - it sounds like it's got everything you want and then some. Yes, I suppose one can get weary of being in one place after a while, especially if there's nothing much out there. Best of luck with the move!
