Yes I am, I've done so many little tweaks and mods across the whole system that I myself barely remember all of them. replicating those onto another distro would take me weeks, and that too if I remember all of what I've done.
That's the number 1 reason I'm reluctant to move away from my current install

Yes, Minimal is the right one.
I've tried to get it as close to the actual MacOS look and feel but it can never be 100% alike. Different (gui) architecture, different rendering... you get the idea
