* a payment plan is not a way to delay the payment by weeks, but a way to split the payment in more than one
The payment will be done DURING the weeks. You have to be constant with payment, I don't accept a big amount after 2 weeks, I need you send payments every week, If I don't receive money for 1 week I'll contact you.
