I really like this picture. The blue clothes and the white hair with the purple eyes, they all work well together.
Some word of advice: Darker shading would add more depth to this picture or really any art you do for the most part.

I'm currently working on the shading, I've only start shading about a week ago so it's still art for me to figure it out
But I definitely want to improve, so I'm going to follow your advice and try to shade more :3
