Description The sky has been drained of colour,
a soft charcoal remains.
A silvery raindrop falls
and lands softly on my cheek.
The world around me was gloomy
and I miss the days
when the rain was refreshing and beautiful.
And for a minute
I pretend nothing ever happened
and for a minute
the rain was mine.
