No its not Stocolm Syndrome. She isn't a prisoner she can actually leave the castle and grounds if she wants and she is just doing her JOB.
She doesn't do what she does to please him out of a warped sense of affection she does it out of recognizing the danger if he flys off the handle and once sure she has his attention and pacified she actually manipulates HIM by presenting logical more peaceful methods and getting HIM to choose. When she sees him become aggressive she backs off and lets him be only to return later once he has calmed.
If anything Cedric is the one becoming very VERY dependent on her.
