im not really sure why, but this guy is meh favorite character form Cyborg 009. He's the bad guy. XDHis name is Skull, and he's the leader of the organization that brought about the creation of the 9 cyborgs in the first place.

One thing that frustrated me about Black Ghost is that 0010 took two episodes to beat while HE, on the other hand, was defeated in less than one episode.
