Description woooo last screenshot for today. this has honestly got to be one of my favourite screenshots. it's very low in contrast but i love the angles and the way the tower looks from that location. the bridge is a nice touch, as well C:

oblivion and this screenshot belong to bethesda softworks.

Damn.. so beautiful.. I cen't see Oblivion like this.. since my computer sucks. I have to run on the bottom settings to get a decent fps.. and I still lag when I fight.. *dies* My kingdom for a good computer!

haha, yes! i love oblivion for its beauty. and aw ): that sucks. well, if you ever have some spare money, i recommend that you buy an nvidia video card, if you don't have one already! it works wonders, seriously. oblivion will run like magic on it.

Can't put a new video card in a laptop sadly. x.x And without employment, money is hard enough to come by. I'll have to live with laggyness and 20 fps. x.x

:C i am sorry. i hope that one day you will enjoy oblivion in all its hi-res glory.
however, if you haven't tried this already, you could always mess with the oblivion configuration settings so that the game doesn't have to use as much memory in order to play. trust me, editing configuration settings works wonders. you can find a bunch of forums concerning the matter, so by all means try that before settling with 20 fps. <3

Playing on the lowest texture settings, windowed mode, have several mods that reduce clutter, remove magic meshes/glows, removes light flicker.. stuff like that. I run best up to.. almost 35 fps inside.. but in battle it drops always to like 10..

I hope one day I can.. but that won't be for years unless I can get another job that actually pays me.

oh man, that's pretty brutal. although by configuration settings, i mean actually going into oblivion.ini and editing it. it's just a text document, so it isn't difficult to edit at all, but it heavily influences the way oblivion works. there are a bunch of performance values that the computer goes by in oblibion.ini, so setting some of the more unnecessray values to 0 will help a lot. i apologize if you have done this already, but i just needed to throw it out there because i know how terrible it is to have a great game run badly. :C
