Hey look you guys. It's that girl with the messy hair. She can clean it up when its time to get down to bidness. She's almost ready, give her a minute! Geez! Her name is Ali. She likes snowboards.

I like this! The pose seems very natural
Although not entirely original, I like how you presented it here!
There are still minor things that I would recommend to improve though
One of it is the placing of the hand. It seems a bit impossible (or hurtful) were
one to put their hands in that particular position.
