-gets into a lot of fights w/ other monsters

-can partially change colors (current palette -> darker hues or more brownish gray)
-somewhat self-aware, has the intelligence level slightly above a killer whale
-can't actually fly with its "wings", but they can help with insulation or swimming
-eats a big meal once every couple of days like a lion
-sexless, it is a monster that formed artificially and not biologically and it cannot reproduce
-is being cared for mutually by two young boys who it protects in turn. the boys are 6 and 13 y/o and ran away from their homes because another monster attacked their homes and they got separated from their families (the two are not family with each other but are very close)
-can't talk; has a limited understanding of English, but it's more visually oriented than linguistically and prefers to communicate through simple written markings or engravings
-lives in a cursed swamp
