Really great moment here. I think you have placed the boat in a very good way. Those light spikes are so beautiful!
But I would like to see it either with more branches bordering the shot from each side or no branches at all. Also those two light spots in the sky are a bit distracting.

Very nice shot.
I love the colors of the sunset, and the reflection of it in the water.

My only issue is that for some reason, I don't like the shade that the boat is. I either want it darker, or lighter...prolly darker...I'm not sure...mess with it in a photomanip program if you have one...
