Similar to the keychain I made a while back, this dragon is an improvement on the original design, using more than a couple of different weaves.Not only is it bigger, but its far more flexible as well. A hook is attached to the tail, allowing it to be worn, hung or placed in a variety of ways.
I made this so a friend of mine could wear it to the local Renaissance Festival with his outfit.

I sold this one a while ago, but I haven't done as many since then. Β I would be open to doing one as a commission, although I do have a lot of other things that I need to work on beforehand, so it might be a while.

When you say 75-80 rows of rings does that include the head and tail or is that just the body and then the head and tail are additional? This is gorgeous and thank you so much for the tutorial for a little one that can be lengthened to a longer one! I'm so doing one!

The tail in this larger dragon is not the same tail as in the smaller ones. What is the weave you used here??

I didn't use that weave for the bracelets because it would've made them more bulky, and I wanted something that would work as an adjustable strap.

He was 2 feet, 4 inches long. I think it was around 75 or 80 rows of rings? Its been a while, I don't exactly remember.

This one was a modified version of something I found over at M.A.I.L: [link] There's a lot of good resources on that site. Nowadays I go into a project with an idea, and just work through it.
