You know, I'd say my most favorite Pokemon of all time are Mew, Mewtwo, & Darkrai...but this Gijinka of Palkia, in my opinion, is the best I've ever seen! In a vague way, it actually does remind me of a human version of Mewtwo, even...
I had a friend in high school who once had an ambition to create a Pokemon fangame that had similar story & gameplay to the Final Fantasy games...I actually suggested to him that it would be cool to include the Legendaries in human disguises, this one definitely looks perfect for a "Space Temple" boss, or just a temporary party-member.

Amazing, almost like Palkia and Dialga could be brothers by their serious looks and appearing human. And I think you could make them your OC so long as they carry little to no features of their Pokemon selves.
