This is Alistair Narcissus Larkspur, he’s an Incubus. (Incubi and Succubi have their own set lore for my universe; they were created by the chaos god Pravitas, they have a natural insatiable lust that helps them to feed on the life force of other beings like energy vampires. Besides that point they are employed by brothels, outside of that it is common for them to be killed by the common folk due to being considered monsters and demons.) Alistair did not wish to live the rest of his existence bound to his restrictive nature, so with the help of a few alchemists he created a potion that succeeded in calming and restricting the instincts of the Incubi and Succubi. He now lives as a kind of reclusive scholar in his own castle, with a library and fine selection of teas. He’s deeply fascinated by science and magic, and continues to study a great deal of things.
(Alistiar is also my D&D character, in that universe he’s a Tiefling.)
