Its been going on all trhoughout the book but this is perhaps where its most notable. Outsiders tend to go outside of panels literally, especially when using their powers. Usually maybe just their hand, or foot, or hair a little bit outside the boundary, but for one moment Owens whoole body is above the panel as he jumps. Its a nice effect.
The eye tracking on the last two panels is my favorite in the whole book so far. The rail grind just swishes you across the page, you can really feel the movement and speed.
