Haven't contributed to the Hawt Guys of Granado Espada in a while.Here's a Musketeer.
(who kinda looks like a cyclops here....)Special effects used were just Box Blur, Crystalize, Enhance Edges on 2 copied layers of the Musketeer. Then set them to Overlay and Color Dodge (i think...)...just to make the colors luminous. Then erase and smudge with the maple leaf brush in Photoshop.
Completely done in Photoshop CS3

I dunno why my abs always end up looking like 8 pairs instead of the normal 6
