Ashwood has noticed his missions growing less, unsure why, but he has seen the amount of time he has gone to do trades dwindle since the bear attack. It was soon realised the higher ups were worried, to say the least about his capabilities due to the trauma that was left in its wake. Ashwood found himself making his way to Shilohs den, making his presence known. ''Shiloh.. I want to travel to neighboring packs, I know the risk- with these wolves about, but, our connection to our neighbors and possible allies is important. I want to keep that strong, especially with these troubling times.'' He watched her face change from intrigued to frustration, but not in an unkind way, but worry. He noticed her gaze lingering over his face, his cracked scar and weakened pupil. ''I need to prove myself, not only to the pack but to me. Please.''

A sigh escaped the tri-coloured Alpha, but after sometime, she gave her approval for travel. As long as he promised to trained harder, gained muscle and was not travelling alone.. he was allowed to leave the border, and see two neighboring packs for trade. It would not be prey being traded, that would rot too fast with the distance and the risk of being attacked by not the white wolves but any hungry wolf, or animal wanting a quick meal.

But it was food for thought for another time, for now.. he trained.
