If women can run in heels and work out in them in real life, I see no reason why women can't wear them in art. Besides, its fantasy anyways, and heels are sexy

We can't. It's very difficult and quite painful, and there's a high risk of hurting yourself, especially with heels this high.

Maybe for some women its easier then, Ann Hathaway did a lot in her stiletto boots in TDKR as did Michelle Pfieffer in batman returns. I've seen plenty of women squatting in stilettos and doing deadlifts, running, etc. I've talked to quite a few that prefer heels over flats as well.

Women make wearing heels look a lot easier than it is. I don't know about the people that prefer heels, but for the rest of us, we'd much rather wear comfortable shoes if we weren't so concerned about our appearances. Also, as to your movie examples, let me remind you of something: movies aren't real life.

Movies aren't real life but the actresses did everything that you see in heels. If you train your calves, wearing heels is easy, takes practice to have a sexy walk while wearing them I'd imagine but its definitely worth it
