Meep, sorry for asking about something that isn't the drawing (which is totally lovely, I adore the idea of them holding hands through the broadcast), I was wondering about Fire Alpaca? I'm a traditional artist and I've tried to foray into digital art, but I can't standΒ GIMP and I don't have money for Photoshop, so I've been mostly stuck doing manips and whatnot using five billion free programs at once that all only do one thing, none of which involves starting from scratch to draw your own art. Would Fire Alpaca be something helpful perhaps?

no no you can ask anything you like!! but yes, i completely recommend fire alpaca
it has line thickness that varies depending on your pen pressure, which makes the lines look fluid and smooth, the layers are easy to manage, and the color spectrum is wonderful. There are still a couple things I'm figuring out, but its free and safe to download, so thats good! If you do end up using it feel free to note me any questions you might have!

Wacom Bamboo Splash. To check for pen lag try to draw a circle as fast as you can, if there's pen lag then the start of your circle will be flat instead of round. Fire alpaca is the only one I've tried that doesn't have this issue, though like I said Sai's brushes are gorgeous.

I know exactly what you mean, although I've only had that problem when I used my sister's cheap old tablet. when I bought my tablet, I wanted to make sure it was the best quality to avoid that problem. I looked up both of our tablets and we have the same lpi and pressure levels so there shouldn't be any difference between howΒ well they function.Β Have you downloaded a driver?Β I've seen a few fixes online for fixing tablet lag, and it is strange that the only program that works well with your tablet is fire alpaca. I think one of my favorite things aboutΒ Sai, though is that a large majority of tutorials on DA are Sai. I've never been too hot on picking up using art programs but having such a large community for it is helpful. Anyway, I love your art, keep up the great work!
