I like the texture you did around the actual picture, it gives more ephisis and makes the character in the picture more of a focal point against the white background. The way you shaded the eyes gives the character more of a stare like they're staring at the person sitting behind the computer. I would have given the eyes a sharper glare, but the pupils really give the emphisis that the shape of the eyes lack. My only real complaint is that I'm unable to tell what the character is weiling or hovering between his hands, however I blame that mostly on the quality of the picture rather than quality of the picture itself. Very well done, I would have made the legs a bit cleaner, but you honestly can't tell next to everything else. It looks very well drawn.
