My goodness, Mike...down to every conceivable detail this is exactly the street I had pictured in my mind whilst writing The Mission Statement, where the story begins, a street lamp on a barren stretch of disrepaired country, wonderful and mesmerizing, truly...
I feel a menacing and sinister growth in the background, beyond the street lamp's reach, what I feel this piece accomplishes more than anything, is that it succeeds in stirring the imagination, leaving us to fill in the blanks, there are a variety of points of interest, but for me the real treat lies in the corners and lengths of this capture that go unrevealed and only hinted at, remarkable and haunting, definitely a favorite of mine for sure.
