Description Love you was said to it, but they could not hear. All one could think was :

" I am the sun, twice over; never the waning or the waxing of the moon."

Totally preoccupied by the long toes of the feet for some reason, but I love the depth of the shading and the way in creates a kind of glow in absentia in the sun/halo. Your line reminded me of something I read in an anthropology text once though:

'In the case of the Yukpa, not darkness but the extreme double brightness is the state associated with chaos and cannibalism.'

Gorgeous work.Β

Very interesting! I've never heard of this before! But thank you so much for the lovely comment! I think they have such great long toes because I do myself, so it just seemed normal to me at the time haha. Thank you again for the lovely comment

In the most complimentary way, you have one of the most distinctive and original styles I've ever seen on dA. So glad to have stumbled upon your gallery when I clicked 'random deviant'!

The lines here are so crisp and beautiful, they add to an overall mood of serenity. Simply wonderful!

I love the amount of detail put into this. the values and form of the figure are wonderfully composed against the sun/wings/cloth. exceeeelllent work.

I find this weird in all the right ways. The straight lines make it very heavy and solemn, which paradoxically lifts my spirit. And the description (with all those different pronouns all at once!) and the music totally add to it. Lurve!

I love the shading, the hair and his techno-halo thing. I think I've said this before but your work really reminds me of stain-glass windows in a cathedral. You've definitely developed your own unique style.

Living in the UK now stained glass images are more common, and I do admire them so. I am glad you are able to make that kind of connection.

Hmm well,no actually but to be honest, I think the character of Jesus (as well as a whole plethora of others) I've modled after him. He is Antonio. As far as I know anyway.

Thank you though. I'm missing your work :c. You need to do some more personal peices.
