Heeeeey, your anatomy's on another improvement drive at the moment Are you using references more?
I really like the shading, and some of the little touches, like how the staff casts a shadow on the body.
The wings look pretty cool, but not like actual owl wings; maybe you could try looking up some owls and applying it to her? Also, (and I know this is a pain and hahaha I'm totally guilty of doing this too) next time you're looking at references, take time to see how clothes fall on the body.
But anyhow, lookin' good!

oh yeah it looks great cazzie!

only thing I would say is maybe make her skirt a tiny bit longer...not to much maybe by making the way it dips a little more extremem in angel you can lower it like half an inch...just looks short, even by magical girl standards.

other than that it looks great, her wings look weird but epic at the same time *o*
