I suggest choosing an archetype (jock, nerd, popular, all that jazz) and filling in blanks, like what they like, who they wanted to be as a child, general questions that you can ask other people to get a better understanding of them

A fun idea I enjoy doing (and what I'm doing right now actually) is going onto Instagram and finding an account that does those "QOTD" thingies and answering them as your OCs, because those questions are very open ended, and answering them as your OCs can help build up their personalities and inevitably develop them.
