(Almost or nearly?)Watercolour on ~A3 paper.
I haven't been painting for three or two months, now I'm back!
I was inspired by this photo [link] ... Of course I changed a lot of things, unfortunately also her face... But I don't mind, it was my second or third watercolour face and was meant to be (very) imprerfect
Anyway, I scanned it and tried to make colours look like on my original piece, but I couldn't fix skin reasonably - so please imagine skin little warmer and more delicate...Emma Watson - I don't know why, but I really like her. In "Perks of being a wallflower" she showed that she can play not only Hermione, and - In my opinion - she played Sam really well! Now I'm waiting for "The Bling Ring"

Masz absolutną rację! Wiele jest błędów w tym portrecie, ale chyba mój pierwszy kolorowy w życiu, więc sobie wybaczam
Parasol malowałam baaardzo starannie, bo obawiałam się tego co muszę namalować potem - twarz

no to dA zrobiło Ci miłą niespodziankę chociaz uważam że jak już w końcu (bo powinni zaczac wczesniej!) zaczeli Cię promować mogli zacząć od tych lepszych prac

No czasami się zastanawiam, dlaczego dana praca została wybrana... To samo mam z Daily Deviations - miejscami nie wiem, za co praca dostała wyróżnienie. A kiedy zaglądam na profil autora, to widzę sporo o wiele lepszych prac niż ta z DD...

Szczerze to rzadko zaglądam na prace z DD, wole raz na jakiś czas skorzystać z opcji losowy profil, zaglądam do galeri i jeśli mam coś sensownego do powiedzenia to komentuje kilka prac, co mi sie w nich podoba, albo co bym zmienil, w sumie fajnie sie na tym cwiczy angielski bo unikam komentarzy w stylu "nice" albo "good work" 
Spróbuj sobie kiedyś wylosować jakiś profil całkiem fajna zabawa

Haha, I remember that I used this method because I was desperate - nothing seemed to show that this IS an umbrella and it IS raining xD But it turned out to be a pretty good method (at least better than washing out paint), thank you!

almost? I think 'nearly' is better fitting this picture. To be honest my first thought when I saw it on Facebook was : Is that Emma Watson or am I imagining things? I was kind of relieved when I read the title

You mean that "nearly" is better than "almost" because of grammatical correctness? Because I honestly don't know what is the difference between these two words, if it is any, in that particular case? And I would like to be certain and have nice, correct title

Thank you very much! I have been working hard on getting better in watercolour for two years, I'm really happy that you consider me good! I've got a lot of fun painting the dress, but I hate painting skin
