Overall, this looks pretty lovely.
The design is well drawn. There is a good amount of detail on several parts of it, notably the hair, hairpiece, and chains. The lineart style works nice in defining the several parts of her outfit.
Speaking of the hair, it flows quite nicely. The rough-looking braids do add fitting character to it and the character herself. Would be nice if you pushed the values a bit more at some parts so the overall form and volume of the hair can be appreciated more.
The outfit also flows nicely. On top of that, you took note of the outfit's transparency as the hair and body can be seen through it. For the most part, it's executed nicely. Same can be said for the crosshatches. Unless it's deliberate, I'm also expected the black crescent to show through the dress. It would still be nice if you pushed the values on the dress more. The outfit near the chest area can be handled better to better capture the form and volume more realistically.
The pose looks lovely and it suits her. It would not hurt if she smiled a bit more.
Nevertheless, keep up the good work.

This is quite beautiful, if I could I'd love to fully critique it but I'll just do this instead:
The outlines are clean for the paper, love the attention to lighter nich details of the jewelry, really makes it stand out. It reminded me of stuff similar to the game Blade and Soul which has similar aesthetics with only as much detail on the overall costume. Garments, capes, shoes, dressings, half dresses, psuedo cheongsam are something I like.
I know it isn't the case here but regardless, it's good!

Oh, this is right lovely. I love the use of the three colors with gold/yellow as the accent and the composition draws the eyes in nicely. Amazing gob!
