Hello I'm here from *cracks knuckles and puts down overwatch to write this*.
Just a little disclaimer: I say what I think and don't sugar coat anything because I feel that if I don't, you won't get as much out of it. Don't take any of my comments (if they're negative) personally, that's what critiques are all about
Let me start by saying that for the first time drawing digitally this is great! You have really clean line work and it comes across beautifully. Sometimes in the shading, in particular the hair, the lines aren't as crisp but it doesn't stand out poorly unless your overanalyzing like I am now. Just something to think about. I do think that the hair is the best part though, I like how you drew all shades coming from the central point and it is evident by the darkest shades. It's really clean and I think adds an extra "umph" in the picture. I noticed that you used colored lines for your lineart but stopped at the end of the neck, I personally would have liked to see more of that. Also, this might be personal preference but I tend to make the lines always darker than what it is surrounding. For example, the hair lines are lighter than the hair itself. To each his/her own though Some other things I'd like to see in the future are more dynamic lighting scenarios. I don't know if you plan on continuing digital art (which you totally should based on this entry), but digital art is a great way to experiment with shading so I think you should try it out. Different lighting angles and having tri or quad shading can really elevate a piece.
For more on all of this, see: Normal vs my shading and especially Facial Shading for a better sense about how lighting can affect the mood (which I talk about below).
Compared to your drawing that you provided, I see that this one has a more "realistic" feel to it. Nothing wrong with that but since the original was a bit more stylized (in particular the eyes), make sure it translates well to the new style. For example, Tracer's eyes aren't really focused on a specific target like the drawing was. Maybe its the placement or the size of the eyes but something is a bit off, perhaps try to work on expressions to and how they relate to various facial features in order to get aa different sense on that. Facial expressions/features coupled with proper lighting can lead to a powerful piece.

I also noticed that for the bottom part of the clothes you ditched shading and decided to do a sketchy black lined style. There isn't anything wrong with that I just don't think that they mesh well together. I'd much rather see you go the extra mile and stick to the same style, thus unifying the whole thing.
All in all, I like this piece, and based on your gallery I see that this is a refreshing change of pace for you and it's always nice to see that. Try experimenting, try new things, be bold and stick with it! I like what you're doing and hope to see more from you in the future!
