Did you use apophysis to make this also...I am having trouble getting the correct quality in any fractals I make. There always seems to be a thick glow around the fractal.

Yes, I used Apophysis to make this one.. as for the glow you might try reducing your Gamma, I keep mine at 2.5 or less.. also reduce your brightness to less than 2.. just play with them as you will see what happens as you increase and decrease them.

So this is pretty much a trial and error program...Thanks for the help though^^.

Not really, but like any program it helps to experiment and test the program to see what effects you get...tutorials are always good to help you familiarize yourself with it.

This is absolutely wonderful. The idea of using familiar elements (trees etc.) with fractals is something I've been wanting to explore myself. Now that I've seen it done I want to explore it even more. Keep up the great work, especially in these idea.

I agree, I want to broaden my horizons, so to speak, and find more unique ways to use fractals.. this one just looked like a waterfall and moonlight clouds! Thanks!

Your welcome. It's really beautiful, I'd like to see more of that type. That image gave me an idea that I'm working on now. It's a picture of Jerusalem at night with a stormy (fractal)sky. I'm sure you'll see it.

I tried it lighter,, but it took away from the moonlight feel that i wanted to give it...Thanks!
