Description A commission I did for .

Well, you know how i take great pleasure in torturing myself with the little details in a drawing. Whole new level. Guns: harder to draw than i thought. Sure, it's not as hard when you have the basic understanding about how a just add stuff to make it cool. It is another thing entirely to make one that actually exist and you start to figure out that every little piece is pretty essential to the way the gun operates. So it must go in there.

So anyways, this was a lot of fun to do. The characters were super great to work with and probably two of my favorite OC's outside of my own. Kudos on him for fleshing them out so well.

I would say more, but i have to go to bed. GEEZ, I am tired....wonder what's on reddit?

I think this is the piece that made me a detail slave. The clip in the p90 is also not fully loaded Β and the bullets are facing the right way. Β That is one of my biggest accomplishments in life. orzΒ

That's so cool! I do the same thing when drawing, I do a ton of unnecessary research to make sure things are pretty close to reality. I feel It adds a level of verisimilitude to the drawing. I love the P90 because it was Henrietta's gun in Gunslinger Girl (even though it's not very good in call of duty >_>").Β

I love doing guns.

What is even better is trying to create weaponry that might work in your head, da vinci style. Currently trying to think of force boots/gloves that wouldn't shatter your joints. because that would be possibly the most amazingly fun weapon to draw being used. whilst also having the possibility of being brutal.

I believe that there's a gun scaling problem, but it looks like realism wasn't your intention, so I'll let that problem slide.

Yes, I went for more aesthetic appeal. Then again, mistakes and lack of knowledge were also a factor.

Okay, if you insist: for the average (5' 2") 15-year-old, the P90 should be about one head tall and one torso long; the M82 is about as long as the average (5' 4") 18-year-old is tall (yes, lol, incredibly long).

Most fiction puts electromagnetic guns on the heavy caliber end. Odds are it won't be fully automatic. lol.

I was going for the XM109. I know it's still not long enough though.

Oh i know that magnet-powered guns probably wouldn't have a high rate of fire. I was just talking about the big ones the Navy is developing.

It's a XM109 which is a M82 with a shorter barrel.

I dunno, you seem to have pulled off the guns very well here. It's about as accurate as you could get them without overdetailing it. Good job.

I mean, i got it. It was just a bit more work than i had planned. I basically made the bodies and started to add handles and clips, or i would draw the bi-pod mount and then the bipod. It was a fun time though. Learned a lot.
