Considering Danny is half ghost and Sam if human there children would be only 1/4 ghost so that would make it a quarter because one quarter is only 1/4 of a dollar...

Nope, That's how I would see Danny having children, They inherit ghost DNA but NOT to a point where they can also transform. SO they gets a bit of a unique twist on this ^^

Considering that Abby and Jack are only a quarter ghost, I didn't give them a ghost half. That's why -for example- her eyes are blue fade in with green, because that's the showing of her ghost dna *shrugs*....
