The model seems to almost play with the viewer, certainly she wears that dress with great self-confidence and looks at the viewer in a very expecting, even challenging way. Technically the photo is also quite good, you chose an interesting angle for it, and I just love how the hair frames the face. Plus the slight shadow on the wall and its colour are a nice touch, it prevents the background from looking flat.
If I was to critique at all, I would say that maybe you could have broken up that skirt a bit. It does provide a great contrast for the top, but I feel like in itself it is too large of a dark patch and can be a bit distracting. Maybe a loose, flat belt would have helped there. In red, perhaps, as that is so nicely presented in the lips and the top already.
And a last nitpick, maybe the photo could have had a tad more room on the bottom. You just start to see some of the legs when they already disappear and go out of the picture. Which may drag the eye to the edge a little.
But whew, these are really small points, I definitely like this picture. As I said at the beginning, it made me laugh, and in my opinion it's always great if a picture of any kind can provoke an immediate reaction in the viewer.
