I had a beautiful loon snow globe which made that eerie loon sound.  It was a favorite and during my move (about 3 years now) to my son's house it broke and I have tried to find another but to no avail

You're such a dollie to check it out but unfortunately they are not.  So I looked for it again and found two of what I had had.  One was in ebay which sold (used one) and this but mine was not in color.  Looking at this one isn't so impressive but the sound I love of the Loon

It is lovely! - and the sound - very relaxing.  Would be nice to have the real deal to listen to close by home.  I can just picture being lulled off to sleep. !!
