This is my entry for the Think Pink IV Contest news.deviantart.com/article/88β¦ held byMy entry is for the Traditional Category.
Medium: Color pencil and watercolor pencil
Size: 10.0" x 9.5"
It was important for me to create something that would connect with all women who are battling or have battled this terrible disease. And to re-assure all those women out their, that there is HOPE, and that the battle needs to continue to on, to find a cure.
I dedicate this drawing to all the women who are breast cancer survivors and to all those women who are still fighting the battle against breast cancer.

I added you to my favs! Did you let Jen know you were doing the auction? Perhaps she can spread the word through her journal. I am sure she would be very interested in what you are trying to do, by having artists donate a % of the sale price to Susan G. Komen. If I get a chance, I will come up with either ACEO or OSWOA to sell. I was thinking on your title too bad you couldn't put Deviant Art Think Pink Entry or something that would really grab a collectors attention. They always say it's the title and subtitle's that can grab a buyer's attention

I have done auctions on ebay before and for donations. I just haven't done any ACEOs in probably about 4 or 5 months. It seemed once the economy started to tank in the US, so did me selling ACEOs on ebay. So I started doing bigger works again.
OSWOA stands for Original Small Works of Art. They are just like ACEOs, but they must be 4.0" x 6.0". They are great for art collectors, great for art trades, or gifts. Pretty much the same as an ACEO. They have a group on ebay and a yearly contest on ebay. Here is a link to the site where they have contests once year too. Explains what it is all about too [link]
In fact the commission I am working on right now is a OSWOA.
