The material and necklace around her neck make it look like she has a giant spider there, while the layered/feathered pieces sporting the same stones as the necklace harken to the faux eyes seen on moth and butterfly wings. All together and matched to the mossy style of the outfit, Fluttershy immerses herself in nature and the parts of it that can either fool or frighten adversaries. It is quite fitting, really, since Fluttershy has been known to fool or frighten beings that otherwise tower over her.
