Description First picture of 2008 yaaaaaay!
Also done using a tool that I've never used on ShiPainter before: Watercolor.

Shall I continue the use of watercolor? Or keep to pen?

Also, the reason to how I actually finished this was because I had been waiting for my classmate to come over so we can finish a film project for school, but she hasn't shown up at all >___>

Surprising that I finished a picture on an oekaki too. I feel proud of myself. Pat on the back for Carina *pats self* haha.

Yeah, I wanted to bring her back into my gallery xD
Thank you! I might practice a bit more, but I won't be too comfortable with watercolors just yet.

Here's a handy tip. You like use the fill tool on the BG and make the BG some nice colour like blue or brown or sth. THEN you apply the watercolour on it as per normal. It's so that you don't have this overly- airy, not-yet-finished sort of feel to it. And it makes the watercolour tool work better too

I actually wanted to do that, but then again, I could just white out the parts that I color in (I wanted to keep a white background to give her a teeny tiny bit more contrast). Thank you for your professional tip though!

Trying out new stuff always helps with your art, more and more ^^.
Pretty face for her~
And I it's a definite that you stick with them!

Thank you!
Totally; have you ever had that feeling when you want to draw, but you (sometimes) don't know what to draw?
That's how I always am.
