No, because if you removed the dress and tried to draw in her hips and thighs there would not be room. next time try to draw the body before the clothes and you will see what i mean.

Reject my criticism if you wish. I do not intend in anyway to attack your art, I just think this might help. But if you reject my criticism please just let it go, there is no need to defend your art because as I said before Im not attacking it.

It's a very common mistake, it always helps to draw the body w/o clothes because problems stand out more clearly. It also helps to look at other art as a reference. So it seems you are going for a more cutsy style which it is harder to do the anatomy correctly because it's not very realistic. Koge Donbo does a style similar to yours so look at her art and I'm sure it should help you.

Well defensive people do art for the wrong reasons they do it because they are good not because they love it. Any true artist keeps an open mind

I used to get angry when people critiqued me but after I realized that I really wasn't that good at art I started to accept them it was a very humbling experience~
