Yeah...had this idea when I first saw them.I kinda feel bad for Oshawott...i like Snivy the most...but it has arms and legs...uh.
and yes, i nickname every pokemon i can!

Tepig is waaaaay worse. I use to pretty much always choose fire types. Then suddenly Chimchar- eh ok... I'll go with Turtwig... then Tepig-... I HOPE YOU DIE!!! Oshawott or Snivy...

For me it's slightly different, I always picked grass until this one, snivy basically is a dragonair, or ekans or milotic, they are all the exact same...so I picked the piggy. ^^ I might draw my version of this at some point. ^^

At first when they introduced the three starters, I really didn't like Oshawott, until I grown to like him and picked him. The snake eh, he's okay in my book though his third evolution looked bad ass. And for Tepig, he's adorable! I really love his third evolution but was disappointed it was another fighting/fire type -_- I named my pig Crispy Bacon

It's sad that the coolest looking family of the three (Snivy and evos) ends up with the most disappointing moveset (unless you like using just Grass and Normal moves).

Strangely, Oshawott grew on me the more I saw him. And I say "strange" because up until Generation IV, I always started with a fire type. (In my Gen4 game, I actually ditched Chimchar completely and made Shinx my primary.

Personally Oshawott is my favorite out of all the water starters and the Unova starters. I love that cute lil sea otter. I named mine Oliver!

I actually went with Oshawott in my game. I don't really know why but I didn't regret my choice. Razor Shell is a better attack then what the others get in my opinion though.
