While the lighting and shading are very well done there are a few anatomy issues.
For one looking how the head is a bit of the eyebrow on the other side should be visible, and this is a bit of a nitpic, but her lack of a nostril concerns me.
I also suggest a bit of a harsher shading in some places, but not by too much.
