She's adorable. The clothing is very cute, lots of folds and complete with good depth in the shading and everything. I like the hair texture alot for some reason, not entirely sure why, maybe cause it has a clean shine, very fine polished. The pallete is cute and consistent, the image looks good with the diamond pattern background and its texture. The pose and expression is just hands down adorable. =3

Only critique I have to give is a bit on the lineart, it's a bit uneven in some places, its particularly evident on the tail. Its nitpicking though, nothing you notice at first glance, and nothing that detracts on the image much as a whole, just a minor thing.
