Does indeed, actually reminds me of General Grievous' former kaleesh self [link]
Also I like the background moon/planet/satellite thing with it's rocky halo, actually the primary element making it look sci-fi.
The hunter looks interesting with the energy spear, and body shape/texture... However the overal design does have a little too much human like features... But the cloth idea is brilliant, truly, it gave me an idea I like very much!
