Redfang used to be a cocky know-it-all when he was a kit. He always challenged Wolfpaw to battles and hunting matches, but Dawnstar's son was not interested in rivalry so eventually Redpaw just let him be and they became best friends. Redpaw became more of a brotherly figure to Wolfpaw after Dunemask's death.

Red never had any litter mates, but he has older siblings... well, one older sibling now; the rest are in StarClan for various reasons.

Soon Lionfire will choose Redfang as his deputy, but not yet. He hasn't even had an apprentice yet
